I created this LLC with the purpose of purchasing undervalued rental properties that are in need of slight improvements that increase the value of the building. My goal is to continue finding cash positive properties that will provide a continuous income stream, while also building up monthly equity in the properties. Upon fixing up the properties, we are generally able to increase the rents, as well. I suspect that foreclosures resluting from increasing interest rates might provide ample opportunites for continued investment in this sector. Not only this, but as interest rates increase, condo buyers decrease and apartment renters increase.

At some point in the near-term I hope to have a website for this venture as well.

This will be the ultimate site for sports fans. Anyone who is fed up with the ESPN monopoly and tired of searching for there sport news on a daily basis will truly appreciate this site. Essentially this will be the ultimate sports community in the world!

Fantasy Sports With a Twist

By next football season, I'm looking to tackle the fantasy sports world as well! This should be a lot of fun, and will have cutting edge attributes that don't exist in the fantasy world today.
